We are committed to balancing the creative and resource dependent aspects to achieve the final vision of a client. Familiarity with the high demands and deadlines of media production helps us in every phase from conception through delivery, in production and post-production. Our personal objective is to produce compelling, creative, informational and entertaining programming.


Lisa Gray

Lisa Gray is a seasoned non-fiction director, producer, project supervisor, and audio engineer. For over twenty years she’s pursued unique and significant projects, collaborating with clients to make engaging and enlightening works. In that time she’s created documentaries for many of the top broadcasters including PBS, National Geographic, Netflix, Discovery Channel, OWN, A&E, Lifetime and NPR. Kim Poletti

Kim Poletti has 10 years experience in audio production that grew out of her work with KGNU in Boulder, CO. Her passion for the audio medium led her to create a branded podcast for the B2B email marketing company, Return Path. The branded podcast, HitEnter, earned two gold awards from Hermes Creative Awards and dotComm Awards for Outstanding Podcast in the creative digital marketing arena. She is currently a partner and active producer/editor for Sound Mind Productions. She also produces and edits the podcast Elephant Talk.

Her desire to bring interesting, compelling storytelling to the world informs all of her audio work. Kim is experienced in ideation, content creation, audio recording, audio editing, script writing, and project management. She enjoys the creative collaborative process and loves helping people draw out the story they want the world to hear!
